Flex Your Power (FYP) is a partnership of California's utilities, residents, businesses, institutions, government agencies and nonprofit organizations working to save energy. The partnership includes an outreach campaign. The FYP campaign features a comprehensive website, an electronic newsletter and blog, and educational materials. The campaign has received national and international recognition, including an ENERGY STAR Award for excellence.

FYP illustrates the relationship between energy and water savings. For example, did you know that 19 percent of California's electricity is used to pump, move, and treat water for homes and businesses, according to FYP's website. The cost of this energy is passed on to consumers through their water bill, or incurred directly through home water heating. By saving water in the home, consumers will also be saving electricity and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The website includes many water savings tips and has a Product Review page that discusses low flow fixtures, including their ease of installation, purchasing tips, and cost effectiveness.
